Electric Heat Rebates

  1. Electric resistance space heating (not supplementing a heat pump)    $20 for every 1,000 watts (kW) of heat installed        
  2. Air-to-Air Heat Pump
    $250 per ton 
  3. Ground Source Heat Pump
     $250 per ton
  4. Add-on Heat Pump
    $250 per ton
  5. Replacing an existing electric heating system with another electric system.
    1. Electric resistance space heating (not supplementing a heat pump)                                                                                  $10 for every 1,000 watts of installed heat.
    2. Air-to-Air heat pump
      $100 per ton plus $5 for every 1,000 watts of backup electric heat.
    3. Ground Source Heat Pump
      $150 per ton
