Central Air-Conditioners:

All units must be equal to, or greater than, Energy Efficiency “Energy Star” specifications of:

               Minimum Energy Star Rating (currently 14.5 SEER) - $100 per unit

               Energy Star Rating of 15.0 – 16.0 SEER - $150 per unit

               Energy Star Rating of greater than 16 SEER - $200 per unit

Window/Portable Air-Conditioners - $25 per unit

Systems must meet or exceed minimum Energy Efficiency "Energy Star" specifications.
