Annual Meeting
The 69th Annual Meeting of Woodbury County REC was held Wednesday August 15th 2007 at the Cooperative's headquarters building, 1495 Humbolt Avenue, Moville. A chicken dinner served by Timmy's Catering was enjoyed by the 550 memebers and guests that attended. Members attending the meeting were given hand outs that included a $5 credit on their electric bill. During the evening 50 members names were drawn from prize cards, they received a $20 credit on their electric bill. Gaylan Johnston was the winner of the mail-in ballot prize of a $200 credit on his electric bill.
Woodbury County REC's Board is made up of seven members whose term on the Board is for three years. Calvin Tyer and Ronald Steinhoff were elected for three year terms. Those serving on the Woodbury County REC Board of Directors are Tom Ryan, president; Ron Steinhoff, vise president; Roger Reinking, secratary; Chuck Widman, treasurer; Calvin Tyer, Chris Countryman, and Ronald Bohle.
